What every founder asks before starting.

How much does Phase 2 cost?

From €5,000, depending on scope, number of areas activated and total duration. The fixed price is agreed after Phase 1 — because only then do we know what actually deserves optimization and how many sprints it requires.

Discount: if you start Phase 2 within 30 days of finishing the diagnosis, we credit 100% of the Phase 1 fee. It's how we reward speed of decision.

Do I have to do Phase 1 first?

Yes, no exceptions. It's the mandatory entry step. Without the diagnosis we don't know what to optimize — and you don't know if the months of Phase 2 are worth it for your specific case. Phase 1 is 5 days that save you 6 months of misdirected consulting.

Do I have to activate all 11 areas?

Never. A typical operation uses 2-4 areas based on the diagnosis. The 11 are the full catalog — actual scope is decided after Phase 1, where we identify exactly which areas impact your valuation.

Do you replace my team or work with them?

We work with them. Your team knows your business better than anyone — our role is to design the new structure and train the leads. The day we finish, your team operates the new machine without us.

What if we need more than 6 months?

Rarely happens. If it does, we identify it in sprints 1-2 and renegotiate scope openly. We don't silently bill extra time — that's a main reason traditional consulting projects fail.

How do you measure each sprint's result?

KPI per sprint, defined in the sprint planning itself. If the "automate billing" sprint's KPI was going from 8 hours/week to <1 hour, we measure it at sprint end and report it in the management dashboard.

Is there a maintenance cost afterwards?

Optional. You can contract a monthly maintenance retainer (much cheaper than Phase 2) or manage everything internally. The tools and dashboards we leave are documented for your team to operate without us.
