How the three phases fit together

Phase 1 is the entry door. The other two, your decision.

Every company that works with us must go through Phase 1. It's our way to make sure we know the business before putting our name, capital or reputation behind it. The deliverables are yours: execute them with whomever you want.

Phase 2 is strongly recommended, but not strictly required if your company already meets our autonomy criteria after the diagnosis. Phase 3 only activates when the company is genuinely ready — most often that means having completed Phase 2, but some operations qualify directly from Phase 1. You decide the scope; we set the bar.
